is the Colin Higgins Foundation's relationship to the Tides Foundation?
Colin Higgins is administered by Tides Foundation which awarded over $90 million (USD) in grants to organizations in 2007. Tides Foundation was founded in 1976 by Drummond Pike, and has partnered with donors and institutions by offering donor-advised funds, philanthropic advice and management services for progressive social change philanthropy.
