Notice: New Application Process in 2008
The Colin Higgins Foundation is no longer conducting an open Letters of Inquiry process. The Foundation is, instead, implementing a new process in which we will invite specific organizations to submit an LOI. As such, we will not accept unsolicited inquiries.
